About Veronica J. Holcomb

Company founder Veronica J. Holcomb draws on nearly 30 years of professional experience to provide executive development counsel and training to prominent corporations and national organizations seeking to enhance the emotional competency of their leaders.

A pioneer in the field of Executive Coaching, Ms. Holcomb designs and applies programs employing a careful process of analysis, reinforcement of existing strengths, and identification of actions and strategies for increased effectiveness. Ms. Holcomb has an impressive record of success in producing executives who are better communicators, better motivators, and stronger leaders. She has worked with executives throughout the United States, Canada, and Europe.

Ms. Holcomb holds a Masters Degree from Regent University and studied Human Resources Management at the New School for Social Research and Liberty University in Lynchburg, Virginia. She is also a speaker with the American Management Association and a certified Feedback Specialist with the Center for Creative Leadership. Before beginning her consulting practice in 1985, Ms. Holcomb’s professional experience included responsibility for Training and Organizational Development at Manufacturers Hanover Trust Company.

Born, raised and educated in Connecticut at Southern Connecticut State College, Ms. Holcomb now lives and works in her home state after many years as a New York resident
