I’m very excited to announce a new online program I am about to launch: Success Strategies for Leaders of Color.
It’s no secret that leaders of color remain underrepresented in major U.S. corporations and salaries lag behind. Although many hurdles have been overcome, leaders of color continue to face micro-inequities and special challenges. Many leaders of color just don’t know what is required to have a successful career. I’ve been working successfully in this area for a number of years and have decided to share my strategies.
Success Strategies for Leaders of Color is a comprehensive 7- week, 14 session program that provides the knowledge, skill, support and coaching leaders of color need to breakthrough the most common barriers impeding their progress. You can find more information on the program by clicking here.
