Executive Coaching
This program is customized and structured to meet a leader’s need for organizational effectiveness, strengthened leadership behavior and executive presence through a combination of 360‐degree feedback interviews, online assessments, and one‐on one coaching over a 12‐month period.
The program is organized into four major phases:
- Assessment
- Identification of Critical Issues
- Development of Strategies & Action Plans
- Follow up
Power Coaching
A 90-day program designed for Senior Leaders to gain perspective and practical strategies to enhance effectiveness in their roles. Power Coaching incorporates assessments, feedback interviews and one-on-one coaching.
It includes seven 2-hour coaching sessions to identify and customize strategies which address the most critical issues facing the leader as well as a follow-up session to ensure implementation.

Situational Coaching
High intensity coaching and support for executives and managers who find themselves in a critical “OMG” situation. We will align ourselves closely and discreetly with you in navigating your unique situation.
Follow-Up Coaching
For participants of VJHA individual coaching programs, we offer a customized program to continue to define and refine one’s leadership talent.
Groups & Teams
Every organization is different. We pride ourselves in delivering high-quality training customized to meet each client’s specific needs. We utilize a variety of program delivery options from traditional instructor-led workshops to web-based learning options and intensive, experiential retreats.
Emerging Leaders (6 month program)
Designed to establish the successful development of Emerging Leaders, this is a comprehensive program that addresses the specific needs and challenges during early-stage management situations. This comprehensive boot camp includes monthly coaching calls, online self-study modules, live online workshops and various tools and assessments. Participants achieve a heightened perspective on how to grow as a leader.
